Spring No. 8 Deli, located just off the French Lick Springs Hotel pools, has dining available poolside, indoor or outdoor, offering favorites such as salads, subs, nachos, burgers and other deli favorites. Pictured here in this Insta-worthy bucket is the Passion Punch — passion fruit rum, amaretto, Sprite and pineapple juice. Enjoy your drink of choice inside, by the pool or on their outdoor patio located just off the indoor pool.

Enjoy a light lunch with the breathtaking view of The Pete Dye Course at The Mansion at Pete Dye. Reservations are required for lunch, but the view and the delicious food is absolutely worth it. Call to reserve at (812) 936-5579.

Named after the man who led the Cook Group's purchase and restoration of both the French Lick Springs and West Baden Springs Hotels, the Bill Cook Milkshake is a treat you can pick up at the French Lick Mercantile. Bill Cook used to work in an ice cream shop in Canton, Ill. (which he later renovated) and he put his own spin on shakes by making them extra thick. He brought the tradition to French Lick Resort and you can enjoy one yourself (either vanilla, chocolate or a mixture of the two) outside on the veranda.

Martinis, Bloody Marys and a variety of classic cocktails
are all available at Hagen's bar. Enjoy them with your meal or take them
outside on their balcony or their new deck space and enjoy the gorgeous Donald Ross Course view!
