As you're savoring a burger or dessert from Ballard's in the Atrium, enjoying the array of finger sandwiches, scones and petit fours at Afternoon Tea or diving into the bread basket before your meal at Sinclair's, these breads and pastries were all made in-house in the kitchen of West Baden Springs Hotel. Our three-person pastry team prepares these at different times during the week, depending on schedule and demand. To give you a better idea of the quantity they make, here's a breakdown of just about every in-house pastry item:
