New Year’s plans? You’ve come to the right place, because we’re getting the Champagne on ice for two big celebrations in just a couple weeks.
French Lick Springs Hotel and West Baden Springs Hotel both have Rio Carnival-themed parties in the works for the big day. Both 21-and-over celebrations offer something a little bit different, so here’s the lowdown on all the options for ringing in 2023. There’s still time to join the party!
French Lick Springs Hotel
Package Option
From the pao de queijo (Brazilian cheese bread) to galinhada
(chicken with saffron rice) to mousse de maracuja (passion fruit mousse), you’ll
get a full taste of the Carnival theme with an amazing menu of Brazilian favorites. We’ll start the evening upstairs with dinner in the Hoosier Ballroom
before the party moves to the Exhibition Hall for entertainment, dancing and
all the evening’s festivities.
What’s included: Dinner, two drink tickets per person, live
entertainment, Champagne toast at midnight, and overnight hotel accommodations.
A cash bar will also be available, and you have the option to upgrade your
experience with wine or Champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries waiting in
your room.

Standard Reservations
Our casual dining venues like Power Plant Bar & Grill, Valley Bar & Grill and Pluto’s Pizzeria will all be operating normal hours on New Year’s Eve. The bowling alley, spa, select shops and other hotel amenities will also be operating as normal. Grab a drink from the lobby bar and head next door to hit the casino, see the holiday lights and decorations (they’ll still be up), and live up that final holiday weekend of the season.
West Baden Springs Hotel
New Year’s Eve Package
Even if you’re not much of a party person, a night of
royalty under the West Baden dome might change your mind.
This year’s celebration includes a buffet of mini sweets and treats
to sample while you dance the night away. Dinner is not part of the package,
though Ballard’s in the Atrium will be open its regular hours for dinner
(first-come, first-served). If you’re planning a bite to eat before the New
Year’s festivities, our resort shuttle gives free rides to the dining venues at French Lick
Springs Hotel and restaurants
in the community as well.
What’s included: A welcome amenity, live entertainment in
the atrium starting at 5:30 p.m., music from the NYE Band starting at 8:30, a
buffet of mini desserts, Champagne toast, and room accommodations. Cash bars
will also be available.
Join the party: West Baden Springs Hotel is exclusively for
overnight guests on December 31st, so you’ll want to secure a New Year’s Eve
package by calling (877) 624-8746. Packages start at $550 per couple, and
additional nights can be booked at a discounted rate if you want to extend your
stay.

Forget the headache of finding someone to watch the kids on
