Here’s 6 things to know about Experience Designing to help you before you book your next French Lick/West Baden visit, so you can make your next trip the most memorable one yet.

Leave the Planning to Us

Think of our Experience Design Team as your personal resort concierge. No longer do you have to plan each individual activity and reservation on your own. Anything that requires a reservation or appointment, they can arrange for you. Horse and pony rides, bowling alley reservations, golf tee times, massages at the spa, dinner reservations, bike rentals, special events — anything you have in mind. Communicate one-on-one with your Experience Designer before you visit, and they’ll get it on the books, assemble an itinerary, and share it with you via text message or email.

We’ll Be in Touch

After you make your hotel reservations, you’ll receive a call personally from one of our Experience Designers about a week or two before your stay. Look for the number (812) 936-5920 on your call display — that’s them, just reaching out to see if they can assist in planning anything for your stay.

Help With Those In-Demand Reservations

Some things have been filling up and selling out days or even weeks in advance lately, especially fine dining reservations and spa appointments. It's good to make some reservations as far in advance as possible. An Experience Designer can assist with certain in-demand reservations, like dinner at Sinclair's or a Swedish massage at the spa.
