The Power Plant Bar & Grill is a favorite among guests at French Lick Resort. Between the casual setting, live music on the weekends and old-school decor (featuring the large electrical switchboard that once powered French Lick Springs Hotel), now they have new additions to their family-friendly menu. Triple Dips with Chips
Your three favorite dips all in one appetizer — fresh guacamole, beef queso and salsa.
Pecan Crusted Chicken Salad
Marinated chicken breast breaded with crushed pecans and seasoned flour, served over crisp romaine lettuce and tossed with dried cranberries, mandarin oranges, glazed pecans and balsamic vinaigrette dressing. This filling salad is just what you're looking for during lunch or dinner.
Asian Chicken Wrap
If you're looking to wrap things up, check out their latest: chopped romaine lettuce with mandarin oranges, red onion, marinated grilled chicken strips, sesame sticks and diced tomatoes, tossed in Asian toasted sesame dressing and wrapped in a flour tortilla.
Loaded Chicken Sandwich
This one's for you, chicken sandwich lovers! This isn't your average chicken sandwich: We start with grilled chicken breast, then load it with sautéed onions, Swiss cheese and applewood smoked bacon with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle on a toasted brioche bun. (Gluten free upon request.)
The Power Planted Pizza
The flatbread pizzas have always been a big hit here, and it's time we made a Power Plant signature! Artisan flatbread crust topped with a creamy blend of spinach, garlic and artichoke hearts and smothered with Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.

Comfort food at its classic best. Tender grilled marinated chicken breast and penne pasta tossed in creamy Alfredo sauce with a garlic breadstick.

Spice up your pasta with a Power Plant twist. Penne pasta topped in a sweet and spicy cream sauce with sauteed bell peppers and tender marinated chicken.
Cheddar Bacon Burger

Homestyle Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes
The Power Plant's newest menu options include more homestyle dishes, like their new meatloaf. Perfect when you're craving a home-cooked meal on vacation. Homemade meatloaf with beef, pork and vegetables, slow-baked and topped with a sweet tomato-based sauce. Sliced thick and served with mashed skin-on red potatoes and vegetables. Country Fried Steak
Another comfort food favorite: Angus beef seasoned and breaded, then lightly crisped and topped with country gravy. Served with mashed skin-on red potatoes and vegetables. (Available after 5:00pm.)
