For a steakhouse setting and incredible Midwest-sourced steaks, one of the top picks at 1875: The Steakhouse is the Filet Mignon. Elevate your steak experience and order it Oscar Style with lump crab meat, asparagus and béarnaise sauce (sauce made of clarified butter emulsified in egg yolks and white wine vinegar and flavored with herbs). Between the Kentucky Derby-themed decor and the open-kitchen atmosphere, celebrate your next special occasion with an 1875 delicacy.
"The Pluto" Pizza is named after French Lick Springs Hotel's famed Pluto Water (but don't worry, none of the pungent Pluto Water is included). This veggie-loaded pizza includes green peppers, onions, black olives and mushrooms. All the calzones, strombolis and pizzas at Pluto's are house-made and ready by the slice or whole. Located in Pluto's Alley at French Lick Springs Hotel, right next to the arcade and bowling alley, this signature pie is to be enjoyed with a side of fun and good times!
