Entrees

Cider Glazed Loch Duart Salmon

With notes of sweetness from the fruit rice pilaf combined with the savory glaze and perfectly flaky salmon. this is a dish perfect for a lighter option.

Filet Mignon Oscar Style
Lump crab meat | asparagus | Bearnaise sauce

With any steak at 1875, our chefs cook it to your liking. In this particular dish (Oscar-style), the filet is topped with tender lump crab meat and a lusciously creamy Bearnaise sauce.

Desserts

Table-side desserts adds the perfect touch of pizzazz to end your meal. For the blog, we feature Bananas Foster. To make this sweet treat, brown sugar and butter are melted in a sauce pan, followed by lemon and orange zest and fresh orange juice. After melted, sliced bananas are added and cooked slightly before rum and cinnamon are added (cinnamon + rum = delicious flames)! Once it has settled, this impressive sweet treat is served over not one, but two scoops of classic vanilla ice cream.
Your server will prepare the delicacy table-side, taking around 5 minutes to complete.
Don't be alarmed by the flame--the rum-infused bananas have a balanced flavor that will satisfy your palate after your meal.
The final product is served over two scoops of vanilla ice cream.
Chocolate dipped strawberries are a complimentary addition to any special occasion-- Anniversary or Birthday celebration and everything in between.
